
We provide Thai & Cantonese for individuals or groups wanting to learn how to cook authentic and delicious dishes. Classes are run by our friendly and knowledgeable chef’s and are suitable for all levels of cooks, from beginners to chefs.
You will cook a three course meal, from our restaurant menu, please click on the following attachment (Menu). If you would like any help or recommendation please let us know, or if there is any dish which you would love to learn that is not listed we will endeavor to meet your requirements.
Classes are hands on and practical so that by the end of the class you will be able to prepare and cook the dishes at home at your own convenience. The chef’s will demonstrate each dish to you, and then leave you to prepare and cook them. You will be given recipes but the emphasis is on understanding the ingredients and flavours and using your senses to make adjustments while you cook and learn to balance the key elements of sweet, sour, salt and spicy.
At the end of each dish everybody sits down to share the food and enjoy what they have prepared and cooked.
The head chef will judge each dish and pronounce a winner for each one prepared.
It is possible to have an experience of a private class in your own home or venue, for individuals or groups of up to 15 people. Our chef’s will travel to your location and bring all the ingredients and specialist equipment with them. This can be a fantastic day for your and your friends, learning to cook and tasting fantastic food all in the comfort of your own home or venue.
